One of the many special things about HemlockFest is our unique arts & crafts vendors. If you’d like to showcase your talent and make a little money while listening to some great music, let us know! We are now accepting applications for arts & crafts vendors for the 2022 HemlockFest.
All vendors must be in attendance and selling their OWN work.
To apply:
- Send 10-12 clear photos of your work along with a photo of your booth setup (if you have one) to artforthetrees@gmail.com.
- Our spaces are all 10×10. You MUST have enough inventory to fill this space.
- All vendors must vend for the whole three days and we encourage you to stay open after dark and light your booth. This helps your sales!
- This is a juried show. All accepted applicants will be notified through email should they be approved.
Fees are as follows:
- $50 for a single artist in a 10×10 space – plus $5 if you bring an extra helper
- $75 if two artists shared a 10×10 space -plus $5 if you have an extra helper
- No more than one extra helper at the $5 rate.
- We also collect 10% of your total sales at the end of the weekend on the honor system
It is not required but highly encouraged that you donate an item to our silent auction.
We look forward to seeing your beautiful submissions. Please remember that returning artists are given first consideration and we try to provide our festival-goers with a variety of items.
