Thank you for volunteering!

Volunteer duties range from selling tickets and directing traffic, to restocking fire barrels and recycling. We can’t know in advance exactly what you’ll be doing, but we work hard to make it as much fun as we can.

How To Volunteer

Volunteers are eligible to purchase discounted weekend tickets to the festival for $50. This ticket includes primitive or car camping, but does not include the RV parking fee which is a separate $50 pass. Students with a valid college ID can purchase a weekend pass for $25. College student volunteers also have the option to come for their shift time only – no ticket purchase is required. Ticket purchases are refundable.

Fill out the form. You will receive an email with instructions.

You will be instructed to visit the Eventbrite ticket site, where the volunteer tickets will be listed. Select the ticket for the shift you want, then proceed to checkout and purchase your ticket. For students not wishing to stay for the festival after their shift, the ticket is free, but you still need to go through the checkout process. You will receive an Eventbrite mobile phone barcode that will get you in the gate.

If the ticket for the shift you want is not listed, that indicates that the shift is already full.

Each volunteer should complete the process individually. If groups of volunteers wish to work together, each person should sign up and receive their individual barcode.
