Applications

One of the many special things about HemlockFest is our unique arts & crafts vendors. If you’d like to showcase your talent and make a little money while listening to some great music, let us know!

Considerations

Applying to be a vendor means you agree to, and can say “YES”, to all of these considerations:

• Is the merchandise your own artwork?
• Do you have enough inventory to fill a 10 x 10 space?
• Are you available all 3 days?
• Can you stay open after dark and light your booth?
• Are you willing to donate 10% of total sales to our non profit organization?
• Would you consider donating 1 item to the silent auction? (this is optional, but highly encouraged)

This is a juried show. Accepted applicants will be notified through email when they are approved.

Vendor Fees

• $50 for a single artist in a 10×10 space – plus $5 if you bring an extra helper
• $75 if two artists shared a 10×10   space  -plus $5 if you have an extra helper
• No more than one extra helper at the $5 rate.
• We also collect 10% of your total sales at the end of the weekend on the honor system.

It is not required but highly encouraged that you donate an item to our silent auction.
